How can i help?

How can I help?

How can i help? How can i serve? Listen, i'm here to help. Use me and abuse me but only for the good of all, you get it? No why, no expectations, no need for rewards - I am just glad to be able to help in anyway possible.

Kindness is being recycled since beginless time. The sun shines on the grateful and the yet to be grateful. I am the action, the quality, the attitude, the goodness, the kindness that flows from the streams of water into the ocean.

I act from the heart, I disregard my thoughts and my mind because any thought would slow me down and put brakes on my action. Who knows it might be a matter of life and death?

Would I exchange my life for another in danger? Yes, of course providing that life will value many countless more. Better to exchange my life and save another who will in due course do a much nobler deed than I could. The happiness of one is peanuts compared to the happiness of countless many. The pain of one is nothing compared to the pain of many. Hence enlightenment for the sake of all.

I am aware that my parents have given me selfless love throughout the early days of my life. If I repay that debt alone it would be right but a little too narrow minded. If I can serve the whole of human kind then not only is my debt paid off to my parents but to the parents of countless many and to the many more that would be parents. Besides, there is no debt. I do because I exists. I do because its natural when one looks and study the self deeply in meditation. The quietness within prompts the love for the higher self – the higher self that is all inclusive in the earth family, in the universal family. We are all citizens of this universe. Be kind and loving to each other or we just hurt ourselves only.

If you don’t believe me you will carry on doing what you are doing and be always wanting for something. To have human nature they say is to always want something. No. Not necessarily so as consciousness evolve collectively. People all over the world wake up, smarten up, and clean up their act. Join in cleaning up your own act.

Just slow down and be more contemplative or self reflective for a start. If you can’t stop that thinking to relax then lower down the volumn or turn the dimmer switch down on that mind chatter of yours. I love it when Eckhart Tolle first got into his self-study mode when he encountered a “loonie”- you know someone who could use a couple of years in the mental hospice.

I am reading “I am that” by Sri Nisargadatta – a classic advaita champion. I don’t try to understand it. I read it like a novel … letting it flow through me. Taking what’s useful and pissing off what I don’t quite get yet. I don’t stress or get a headache over it. Amazingly, the energy that flows through that book is ineffable, undescribable. Now that’s powerful stuff. That’s the real thing that moves galaxies and universes.

Describe energy or spirit. You can’t. Don’t try to understand or describe to others or even yourself. That what I mean by not using the mind. Use your heart instead. It works like wonder and everytime. I use this computer and it is enough to know the basics – the rest takes care of itself. Same goes for my body and its intrinsic natural workings. Same goes for this universe and its immutable laws be it in physics or metaphysics.

If I’m nice to you and you don’t reciprocate. It doesn’t matter. What matters is the attitude, the practice that I can do for myself. It benefits me more than the receiver. The giver benefits more than the receiver. Always – everytime, spot on. Try it – it never fails.
